We require an Address Management Technician who will have the key responsibility for the support and maintenance of the Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG) for NFDC. Working closely with the LLPG custodian, you will ensure that address data is maintained to a high standard of accuracy and regular updates are submitted to the National Land & Property Gazetteer as required.
You will be responsible for administering the council’s statutory street naming and numbering service acting as the focal point for all internal and external enquiries.
You will regularly liaise with external parties including members of the public and the Royal Mail on addressing and postcode issues and produce maps using the corporate GIS software tools to support all street naming and numbering activities.
