The Council manages over 50 car parks within the New Forest area. In addition, you will be involved in investigations relating to abandoned vehicles, enviro-crime and stray dogs.
We are looking for a flexible and self-motivated team player to join our Enforcement Officers on a permanent part-time basis.
Reporting to your enforcement supervisor, you will undertake enforcement of off-street parking regulations through the issue of Penalty Charge Notices plus dealing with abandoned vehicles, enviro-crime and lost and found (stray) dogs so knowledge of dog handling and behaviour would be an advantage.
When required, you will also be working with NFDC river wardens at Keyhaven in the spring/summer months.

The successful candidate will work 22.5 hours per week, initially Thu to Sat (Part-time) throughout the District operating from Marsh Lane Depot, Lymington. In time, there may be requirement to alter the rota to Sun to Tue dependent on future staffing commitments.
